1. Beta Service

Rogue 15 is currently in beta. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or completeness during the beta period.

2. Service Description

Rogue 15 is an ecommerce monitoring and alerting platform that collects data from third-party services (including but not limited to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Google CrUX, and various vendor status pages) and presents it through a dashboard interface. The platform provides:

• Order volume monitoring and anomaly detection
• Site uptime and vendor status monitoring
• Performance metrics collection (CrUX)
• Alert notifications via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email

3. Account Access

Access to Rogue 15 requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Credentials

To function, Rogue 15 requires API credentials for third-party services (e.g., SFCC client IDs, Shopify access tokens, Slack bot tokens). These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to provide these credentials and that their use complies with the applicable third-party's terms of service.

5. Data Collection and Storage

Rogue 15 collects and stores data from your connected services, including order data, site performance metrics, code version history, and sandbox usage. This data is stored in isolated per-account databases. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

6. Monitoring Accuracy

Rogue 15 monitoring is informational only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that alerts will be sent for every incident, that all outages will be detected, or that collected data is complete or error-free. You should not rely solely on Rogue 15 as your only monitoring solution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogue 15 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Failure to detect or alert on a service outage or incident
• Inaccurate or incomplete data collection
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the platform

8. No Warranty

The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. During the beta period, the service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo breaking changes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to monitor systems you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, during the beta period. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting your account administrator.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
